Also can you confirm if you mean Azure Data Factory or Fabric Data Factory ? This forum is for the latter. If its ADF, please log a support ticket from Azure.

    Thank you, I did not know there was something called as a Fabric Data Factory as well. Thanks, I've raised a case with Azure support.
