This project analyzes how cities balance urban growth and sustainability using the Sustainable Urban Planning & Landscape dataset. It includes data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and visual insights on green area coverage, urban density, renewable energy usage, pollution levels, and livability. The notebook identifies sustainability patterns across cities, creates new metrics such as a Green-to-Density Ratio, and groups cities using clustering to highlight sustainability leaders and areas needing improvement. The goal is to understand what makes a city smart, livable, and environmentally sustainable.
