The Cities of Tomorrow project analyzes the Sustainable Urban Planning dataset to understand how modern cities can become more livable, sustainable, and resilient. Using Fabric Data Science Notebooks, it performs data cleaning, exploratory analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling to uncover relationships between green spaces, pollution, transport, density, and livability. The project introduces innovative metrics—such as Green Equity Score and Transit Efficiency Index—to provide deeper insights into urban performance. Visual storytelling, cluster profiling, and scenario modeling reveal how targeted improvements in infrastructure and environmental quality can shape smarter, healthier, and more sustainable cities for the future.
