Principal Group Program Manager

With more than 15 years as a product leader in Microsoft, Darshan has driven multiple products and services from inception to release, as well as driving large-scale, cross-company programs for customer adoption and success. Passionate about building great product experiences, driving customer success at scale, and nurturing high performing teams.

Heather Newman

Senior Program Manager

For more than 20 years Heather has built communities and championed for women's issues and Diversity & Inclusion in Technology. Over the years, as a business owner, consultant, award-winning Chief Marketing Officer, producer, writer, podcast host, and Office Apps and Services Microsoft MVP, she’s built thousands of programs, communities, high-value strategies, and storytelling to businesses and individuals through marketing their products and services.
 Heather is thrilled to use her days building community as Principal PM Manager for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Kelly Kaye

Program Manager ​

With nearly 20  years of experience with Microsoft, Kelly has taken her unique blend of dynamic and results-driven excellence into her current role as the Program Manager for Microsoft Power BI, focusing on the Power BI MVP community and Business Application Customer Advisory Board.  As a successful small business owner and entrepreneur herself, Kelly knows the difference excellent data management can make and is a passionate evangelist for the Microsoft Power Platform.

Heather Hernandez

Community Manager 

As the Microsoft Power BI Community Manager, Heather enjoys helping community members with anything and everything they may need inside the community.  Because it is made of users engaging with each other, asking questions, and solving problems, Heather works tirelessly to ensure every user has the best experience possible. She loves the opportunity to work with and engage with users from all over the world.
