usage metrics on mobile
I am receiving a few reports from users who are using the app to view reports and dashboards, however, they are not showing up in our usage reporting. Does PowerBI count the use from mobile devices?...

I check on limitation list from document, but it doesn't mentioned 'usage metrics ' feature will remove mobile devices operate history.
I think this issue may related to delay.

Q: The data doesn't seem up-to-date. For example, distribution methods don't show up, report pages are missing, etc.
A: It can take up to 24 hours for data to update.
