This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally (Internal ICM ID: 271348110).
There are three workarounds, please try:
1. Use an older version of PBI.
2. Go to File > Options > Preview features > Check the "Power BI Desktop infrastructure update" and restart the PBIDesktop and try using Power Apps visual
3. Edit the visual in Power BI service.
