scroll bar

The scroll bars within a report are too narrow to use in the mobile app.  Is there a way to change the width of a scroll bar.  Also, when trying to scroll within the app, it typically picks up the chart or map or table nearby and moves it rather than the scroll bar because it is so narrow?  Is there a fix?
