"Can't load JS" error in iOS app

On two different iPads I've started to get an error when loading reports, saying "Can't load JS", and the reports won't show. This happened using version 5.0 the Power BI app. I haven't found any method to solve the issue, except for completely re-installing the app.

Is this a known issue and, if so, what can I do to solve it?

I have the same problem, could you fixed it?

Hi thank you for reporting this!

In order to better investigate we will need a few follow ups:

1.Is this a regression from previous app version?  were you able to open these reports before?

2. Can you share a screenshots of the slides that won't render so we'd know which visuals are being used?

1. Yes, they were possible to open before.

2. Sorry, but I don't have any iPad in that state anymore and I'm not able to replicate it. It happened to all reports I had available and I'm using lots of different visuals.

Hi,

I am not sure i understand correctly, do you say you don't have an iPad or you have one but the issue is not replicating?
