You need to manually update the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime to the latest version.

Step 1: Download the Runtime Installer

1. Go to the official Microsoft Edge WebView2 download page: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/

2. Look for the section titled "Evergreen Bootstrapper".

3. Click Download.

Step 2: Install the Update

1. Run the setup file you just downloaded (MicrosoftEdgeWebView2Setup.exe).

2. It will detect that you have an outdated version and update it to the latest version (likely version 130+).

3. Note: You may need Administrator privileges to install this.

Step 3: Restart Power BI

1. Once the installation is complete, restart your computer to ensure all processes release the old DLLs.

2. Open Power BI Desktop and attempt to log in again.
