can't display the visual MOBILE LAYOUT

Hello guys,

I tried to change my report to phone layout.

However, when I click the Phone Layout button, some of my visuals won't load and say "Unable to display visual".
Despite all this, when published, the data loads, but without the possibility of making the visual formatting that would be necessary

@Anonymous What does the See details say? Are these custom visuals?

It's not possible to click on view details whe I'm in mobile layout, but I'm using a simple card.

What is the type of the visuals that do not load? Can you please provide their excat name?

In addition, can you please

1) share Power BI desktop version you are using?

2) share a screen capture of the report from your mobile device with the visuals loaded?

The visuals I used was the card.
The version I'm using is Version: 2.112.1161.0 64-bit (Dec 2022).
And the report loaded from my device is this:
