barcode scanner doesn't filter
Hi poej,
I got information from mobile team that it's not supported to scan QR code inside of the report. :smileyhappy:

Hi- I am not able to get my report to filter when I scan a barcode. Can someone please send me an example of how my data needs to be formatted to get the barcode scanning feature to work? Currently I am selecting my UPC column (EAN/UPC field) and choosing barcode - data category under the modeling tab.
However, from what I see online, I believe I need to manipulate this value into some kind of barcode in excel before uploading to Power BI? I have CODE128 barcode font installed on my desktop.
Thanks for the Support!

I was able to build a report with a barcode as a dataset column within the report. Then using the most recent IOS app I’m able to scan the barcode, the report opens up and filters to the desired item.
This seems to be fixed now, thanks for the update...
