barcode scanner doesn't filter

I have a dashboard with UPCs listed in a column. When I use the barcode scanner from the left hand menu of the app, it recognizes it and pulls up the correct report, but it does not filter that repor...

Hi Rylee,

Thanks for reaching out. i have a few follow ups:

  1. Did you set the column in the PBIX as Barcode?
  2. Do you have more than one column in the model that is set to Barcode? if so please try removing others and keep the main UPC as barcode.

We would love to help solve this, it would be great if you could share  a snapshot of the errors either in this thread or in our support mail:  Power BI Mobile Support <[email protected]>

    Thank you. I removed any other UPC columns, but now I get an error that the UPC I am scanning isn't in the data when it actually is (I can manually filter this UPC by selecting it in the slicer). I am using a 13 digit UPC that has a leading zero. Could this be the problem?
