Power bi filter hierarchy order. Which one is correct order.

Are you consulting about the priorities of the filters?
The priority is from smallest to largest, followed by slicers, then visual-level filters, then page-level filters, and finally report-level filters.

You need to look at it differently, from the cardinality perspective. The filter order should be defined by the fastest way to reduce cardinality.
