UpdateReportContent x Mobile Layout

I use UpdateReportContent (REST API) to distribute changes to .pbix of the same name across multiple Workgroups.
Everything works fine except the customizations to the mobile layout visuals. They do not change according to the original.
Example: TExt Color

our issue is related to Power BI embedded more than Power BI Mobile apps.
