Unichar characters changed to emoji in iOS

Hi everyone,

I'm using some unichar characters to represent arrow indicators :

  • Unichar 9654 ->
  • Unichar 9960 ->
  • Unichar 9650 ->

The problem is when I look it in an iOS device (IPad or Iphone) it automatically changes the right arrow (unichar 9654) to an emoji: so that instead of this:

Desktop - UNICHAR flechas.PNG

It shows this:

Ipad - UNICHAR  flechas.PNG

Is there any way to avoid this conversion?

Thank you in advance!

HI @Mario1000 ,

AFAIK, some of emoji has corresponded mobile device icons. It should more be related to your device default icons, you can consider using other emoji icons that your device not contain default icons.
