Two users are connected to the same SSRS server. One can access the mobile reports through the Power BI app but the other cannot. Security permissions are set up to allow both users to view the report. Both can get to the report via the Power BI desktop view but the iphone app won't work for both.
Any suggestions on why one user can access on the iphone app but the other cannot?
User1 is able to access SSRS reports with iPhone1, User2 is not able access SSRS reports with iPhone2.
Have you tried to use User1 to access SSRS reports with iPhone2?
If User1 can access successfully, then the problem should be related to User2 account (maybe missing some permissions).
If User1 cannot access successfully, then the problem should be related to iPhone2 device (maybe the network access).
Best Regards,
Herbert
Hi
For User 2, can you try to specify domain name (use domain\user) and see it it is working as expected.
Thanks
