I am using the Power BI app on an Android device. When I try to take a screenshot, I get the following message, "Unable to capture screen due to security policy."
My question is where to look for that security policy. Is it on the phone or in the app or somewhere else?
Thank you

Hey @callenbkd ,
It is probably becuase of App protection policy applied on the app on your device.
You can read more here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-protection-policy-settings-android

Hi @callenbkd,
I checked power bi mobile app official document but not found any options for this limit. I think it may be related to azure AD device management or power bi mobile app built-in settings.
What is a device identity? Manage device identities using the Azure portal

Depends. It could be that Power BI is following some kind of information protection scheme that your company has created. Does this only happen within Power BI or is it just in general you cannot take screen shots?
