Unable to Authenticate User

Hi! I have a user that has reported receiving an 'Unable to Authenticate the user.  Your identify could not be verified. Please contact your identity provider's administrator." message upon login to the IOS Power BI App.  The user is logging in with the correct email address, so I am curious to know if anyone knows what's going on in a situation like this.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hey Wozniak27 ,

     

    Can you share more information regarding the problem?

    Is the user trying to connect Power BI cloud service or Report Server?

    Does your organization have its own ADFS login flow?

    Can you share screencapture with the error?
