Titles and labels disappearing in Apple Watch view

Hi,

It's my first time using Power BI with an Apple Watch and the visuals I am sharing keep dropping their titles / labels. 

I am using card visuals, I am publishing my reporting to a workspace, then pinning card tiles to a dashboard.  The dashboard is shared with a relevant user who is able to see the visuals on their apple watch, but the card titles and labels aren't showing. They show in the desptop view on the dashboard but not on the watch. 

How can I get labels showing on the Apple Watch?

Have you run power bi mobile app on your iPhone device? As the document mention, you also need to launch power bi mobile app on iPhone to keep the data update/sync to apple watch:

Hi @Anonymous ,  THanks for your suggestion.  Yes - everything is displaying as it should in the mobile app, but then all the headings (except 1) disppear on the watch.  

Any other ideas?

Can you please provide watchOS version and screenshots from phone and watch? This will help us investigate.
