Slicer Netflix style

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a way to create a Dashboard in PowerBI that has the same visual effect as Netflix's horizontal slicers, so that in the mobile application each image corresponds to a different report. Do you have any ideas?

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
