Security Context for Embedding Power BI Reports

Hi,

How does security context work when we embed a Power BI report in Mobile App or Dynamics Forms, is it based on the user roles or data connections?

Any insight in this query would be appreciated.

Can you please guide which type of Embed you are using? If you are using Dynamics in the same organization, their Azure AD is identical. When a person tries to access a report from a place where the report is embedded, it will use this person's AAD account (or his/her Power BI credentials) for authentication and check whether he/she can view the report. It is similar to the Embed for your organization scenario as below.
