I test on last uwp/android version but I can't reproduce this issue. Can you provide some detail contents?
BTW, you can also connect to wifi and test again if the issue is due to network delay.

Issue happens on WiFi and hardwired on iOS iPad app and in a desktop environment the windows 10 app. Just tested Android and the same issue persists
