Scrolling tiles in mobile optimized view

Hi!

I'ved optimized my report with the mobile view for a better user experience.

All tiles I'm using have the vertical scroll bar disabled. I'm talking about ChicletSlicers, Matrixes, tables, line charts...

Even when I enter the focus mode.

Since there's yet not to much space - and perhaps that's de purpose of a major insight view - agree! , individual tile scrolling is essencial, so the user may explore data as he wish.

Rotating the device leads to a heavyest report - most of the times.

I'm using the Android App.

Thank you!

Hi @RGMS!

The thing is, not all visuals display a scroll bar.

Let's see a chiclet slicer:

I need to use that visual but, at the same time, I don't want to waste to much space on the optimized mobile report mode.

I've tried to change the visual tipe, but that decreases de usuability of the report.

Maybe you could suggest another visual?

Thank you!

Well... a simple filter view works perfectly!

With a double tap we can scroll and search by text our items!

Great!

Hi @RosarioDias,

Thanks for pointing this out for us.

Note that at the moment you can scroll the visualizations using the scroll bar only.

We know that the scroll bar is small and hard to “catch” and we are working on ways to improve this experience.
