Save the screen and open the same screen next time

Can we save the screen user was in and the next time he/she opens the app, he is automatically directed to the previous screen with all the filters as it was?

yes, that is the default behavior in the Power BI service unless the developer has (unwisely) set the option to prevent report users from saving their filters.
