Reports not opening in IOS

Hi,

I have noticed mobile reports are not opening in IOS devices, before they were working fine and this has happened suddenly. also same reports are opening and refreshing well on android phone.

anyone hving the same issue.  any help...

Can you verify if restart for device / app solved the issue?

If not, can you try, logout/login?

Hi Yariv,

tried device restart and relogin , ddin't help

Device type = Iphone 7 / Iphone X

IOS - 12.1.4

Power BI App version - 17.8 

App is opening , refreshing  & landing to main DB page. reports linked to main DB are not opening.

sahred the details to given email as well .

The issue is with text / image tile.

We are working on a fix to the iOS app.
