Report or Dashboard does not load on iPad air or Mini

Report or Dashboard does not load on iPad air or mini. Other apps or on the iPad or surfing internet works well. Login to Power Bi Mobile on the iPad works. I have tried it on 4G and Wifi, but no luck. Any suggesttions?

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Depending on the amount of visualizations in your report, the number of pages and complexity, a report may take some time to load.
Do you get a spinny indication when trying to load and than a white page?

How long do you allow the page to be loaded?

If this doesn't help and the report doesnt load, 
Our team needs more information to further investigate and solve the problem.
Please provide the following details:
Type of mobile device type - what is your iPad Air's model? what is the Mini's?
OS version:
App build version (can be found under Settings>About from Power BI app):

Any aditional screenshots would be highly appriciated

Thank you for your prompt response! It took me sometime to gather your requested info from my colleaugues in the field. Please have a look my response on the red below: 

Depending on the amount of visualizations in your report, the number of pages and complexity, a report may take some time to load:

Neither the visualisations or dataset is very big or complex, so I find it hard to believe this is the case. Especially for the alert dashboard which is  only a table and logo. This happens both on wifi and 3/4G

Do you get a spinny indication when trying to load and then a white page?

YES – usually it just stays spinning for 10 minutes until I give up.

How long do you allow the page to be loaded?

10-15 mins

iPad air Model: MGHX2KN/A

iPad Mini Model: ME824KN/A

OS version: 9.3.4 (13G35)
