A report is not appearing for iOS users in a workspace app. They can see the report in the workspace app when they are in a browser, so it is not an audience or RLS issue. So far, the only identified "fix" is to uninstall and reinstall the iOS app. This is not a user-friendly solution for the hundreds of geographically dispersed, not technologically inclined users. Is there a better way?
Edit: Unpublishing and republishing the app isn't a good option because links will break. Also, although corporate mobile devices are managed, it is not possible to force reinstall/update the mobile apps.

Hi Maya,
Yes, the report was added after the app was published.
Hopefully I can get back to you on the other questions if I have an opportunity to help someone who is experiencing the problem.
hey @ryanttocs ,
Thanks for reporting this issue.
Was the missing report added after the app was published?
Can you please share with us: app version and the session id (can be found in app's settting)?
Can you try pull to refresh when you are in the workspace view? does this fix the issue?
Thanks, Maya

Hi @ryanttocs
Is the issue still occurring for your users, or has it been resolved with recent app updates?
