Problem with the connection to Report Server and Power BI Services

We have a local report server and we can connect to this server via browser or IOS Power BI App. However, we cannot connect via Android App. We get an error message that the user name or password is incorrect. We get the same error message when tring to connect to Power BI service.

Does anyone has an idea how I can fix this problem?

Hi @chirkut,

What version android power bi mobile app are you used ? The OS version? Did this issue appear on other type of android devices? Can you please share some more information about these to help us clarify and troubleshoting on them?

BTW, can you access the report server in mobile web browsers? If you can't, I'd like to suggest you check the network and server settings at the frist to confirm these resources can be accessed.
