PowerBI Mobile App Unexpected Error Occurred

Can you please provide more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario?

 

For example:

1. Which type of report service? PBRS or SSRS?
2. App versions.
3. Use proxy?

 

BTW, you can also contact to mobile team to confirm this issue.

    Thanks for your reply. Kindly refer the answers below:

     

    1. Which type of report service? PBRS or SSRS? - PBRS
    2. App versions. - Latest version (May 2018 Update, v2.2.180502.112046)
    3. Use proxy? - No

     

    Please help to identify what are other required information to identify the cause.
