PowerBI Custom Text Filter Component not working on iPad in PowerBI mobile app

Hi,

I built a report in PowerBI desktop with the text filter component (version 1.2.1)

Everything works fine when I open report through a webbrowser.

 

But as soon as I open the report in the PowerBI Mobile app on my iPad, the text filter does not respond to any query.

 

Can anybody advise whether this problem is known and can be fixed?

 

It works fine when I open in the webbrowser

 

But when opening it in the mobile app on my iPad, the filter does not respond to any searches

    Hey Ganendran ,

     

    Can you please send us email ([email protected]) with the following:

    1) Power BI app version you're using

    2) a sample PBIX file with this visual that we can repro the issue

      Hi @Maya,

      Our Power BI app version is 21.4

      I mailed the pbix file to the mail address you pointed me.

      I saw that new version (21.5) available, so I tried this one, and the problem still present.

        Hey Ganendran ,

         

        Can you please try the report in a mobile browser (Safari)? Does the same issue exist?

    Hi,

     

    We have upgraded the Power BI Reporting Server to October 2020, and the issue is resolved.
