We are currently using Power BI Mobile version 37 on iPhone 17 Air , 12 Pro or 12.
When opening reports in the Power BI mobile app, all reports keep loading continuously and never finish loading.
The screen only shows the loading spinner for a long time and the reports cannot be opened.

Hi Ori,
We've encountered a problem where our users open the PowerBI app on their mobile phones, and the blue spinning bar doesn't display any results. Waiting 10-15 minutes or leaving the app open doesn't help. Even reinstalling the app doesn't resolve the issue.
