Hi everyone!
I'm having an issue with the power BI getting stuck on the sign in screen, I just get a loading blue circle when trying to input all my credentials.
Tried resetting the cache, deleting the data and reinstalling the app and still the same issue.
Tried on another device and had no issue.
What could be the issue?
Thanks in advance.

Hi , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
As @yarivm already asked it would help to know if you are using an Android or an iOS device.
Since it works on another device, this is almost certainly a device‑specific issue, not a problem with your account or Power BI itself. Reinstalling didn’t help, so the issue is likely with how that device handles the sign-in flow.
Power BI mobile relies on system components for authentication like Chrome/WebView on Android or the system web stack on iOS. If those are outdated or blocked (VPN, DNS, etc.), the sign-in screen can get stuck loading.
Try checking/updating your device browser/WebView, disable VPN or private DNS if enabled and verify date/time settings, these are the most common causes for this behaviour.

Found this solution on Reddit if anyone else is having issues with Power Bi or any other Microsoft app in android.
This issue was due to a WebView regression from the Samsung April 2026 security update. It can be resolved by following these steps:
Settings -> Search for "Android System Webview" -> App Details In Store -> Remove Updates
Reboot
Settings -> Search for "Android System Webview" -> App Details In Store -> Update
Note: If "Android System Webview" doesn't appear in the app list, go to: Settings -> Google -> All services -> System Services -> Select "Android System Webview"
Reboot
Launch Teams/Outlook & log in.
