Power BI in MS Teams (Mobile) not working properly

Hi, we used to view Power BI reports in the MS Teams channel, it works fine and channel members can view the report. But recently the reports in the Teams mobile app are not clickable, no data was found, and looks disabled. As the creator, I can view and click the report but the members cannot. They have a license in Power BI. I already checked the permission they have all permissions granted. Please help. Thanks!

According to your description, it seems like more related to the teams mobile app usage. For this scenario, I'd like to suggest you post these to the team mobile app related forum to get further support of teams app integrate with power bi report.
