Power BI Mobile App not returning content

My Power BI Mobile app shows an accurate detail of what is included on my Power BI online service, which tells me that the mobile app is pointing to the right elements of the right source.  When I attempt to look at any report, I am presented with a circle in the middle of my screen that spins and spins -- showing it's in the process of loading --, but never stops spinning.  

Has anyone ever encountered such a problem, and have they remedied it?

I am also having the same issue. But, I also do not see any reports built by Report Builder.

Power BI app does not show paginated reports (RDL) only PBIX, KPI and mobile reports.

Can you please check if you are able to view the report content when using the browser - both from your mobile device and from desktop broswer?
