Power BI Mobile App cannot open any dashboards (keeps loading)
Hi wanxinwu,
I just check my mobile version and I can access couple of reports (reports and myself are hosted in europe).
Things you can try:
- log-out and in again with your account in the app
- uninstall and reinstall the app
Beside that I have not heared about limitations.
Hope this helps and you get it running again.
Best regards!

Helper II
- Update / reinstall Power BI Mobile App
- Clear app cache (or offload app on iOS)
- Sign out and sign in again
- Switch WiFi ↔ mobile data (disable VPN if any)
- Test opening via mobile browser
If it still keeps loading, it’s likely an auth/token issue — worth raising a Microsoft support ticket.

Have you tried clearing the app cache or reinstalling the Power BI Mobile app? Since the reports load correctly in the Power BI Service, the issue is likely app-related. Also test on another device or network to rule out device-specific problems. If it still hangs on all reports, it's worth checking for any known service issues or opening a Microsoft support ticket with your app version, device details, and logs.

Try clearing the Power BI Mobile App cache, updating/reinstalling the app, and signing in again. Since reports work on desktop, it’s likely a mobile app issue or cached data problem. Also test with another network to rule out connectivity restrictions.
