Hi @SY001 ,
Here are a few additional steps and insights that might help resolve the problem:
1.Check Focus Mode: Focus mode in iPhone can interfere with notifications. Make sure that the Power BI app is allowed to send notifications even when Focus mode is on. You can do this by going to Settings > Focus, selecting the relevant Focus mode, and adding the Power BI app under Allowed Notifications. Or just cancel the focus mode.
2.Notification Settings: Double-check the notification settings for the Power BI app. Go to Settings > Notifications, select Power BI, and ensure that Allow Notifications is turned on. Also, choose the type of alert and banner style you prefer.
3.Background App Refresh: Ensure that Background App Refresh is enabled for the Power BI app. This setting allows the app to refresh its content in the background and send notifications. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and make sure it is enabled for Power BI.
4.Restarting your phone: Sometimes, restarting your phone can solve a lot of incurable problems.

Hi @Anonymous, ,
Thank you for your detailed suggestions. I followed each of the steps, including checking Focus Mode, Notification Settings, Background App Refresh, and restarting my phone, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Do you have any additional troubleshooting tips or perhaps other settings I should look into?
Thank you,
