Hi! I'm having trouble with MS Teams and the Power BI app created for my organization. I created a dashboard and added it to the app. Add the users to the app and to the audience, but some users can't see the dashboard, and others can. Those users that can't see it, the screen ramains in blank. Some one have any idea about this issue?
Also, I have a user (my boss) that he can't acces to de app. It keep asking him to login and when he does, the app restart and ask him to login again, and so in a bucle.
Thanks!

Thank you for the update. I understand this situation is frustrating, especially since it impacts your boss’s access.
Since the issue continues in both Incognito and the Teams desktop app, it’s a good idea to check with your IT team about Azure AD Conditional Access policies. These can sometimes block authentication between Teams and Power BI, particularly in app embedded scenarios.
Additionally, you could try the following.
1. Open the Power BI App directly in the Power BI Service (outside Teams) to see if the problem is specific to Teams or more widespread.
2. Test on a different network or device to rule out local or profile related issues.
3. Ask IT to review Sign In logs in Azure AD for the affected user, which might show token errors or policy restrictions.
Let me know how it goes with your IT team.

Hi @ArquimedesP ,
Could you let us know if your issue has been resolved or if you are still experiencing difficulties? Your feedback is valuable to the community and can help others facing similar problems.
Thank You.
Hi @ArquimedesP
This forum is for Power BI mobile apps. The scenario you're using for Power BI is embedding a Power BI report in a Teams app.
Please ask this in Power BI embed as you're not using the Power BI teams app and working on a custom app.
You can also consider using the Power BI teams app to share content and create group chats or channels tabs including Power BI reports.
Hi @ArquimedesP ,
Thank you for engaging with the Microsoft Fabric Community. The issue could be related to authentication in Teams or permission settings between Power BI and your app. Here are some ideas to resolve this.
1. Ensure users have a Power BI Pro license or that the workspace is on Premium capacity to share content via apps.
2. Go to the dataset and select Manage Permissions. Confirm users have Build access, or Viewer access if Row-Level Security is set up.
3. Ask users to open the app in Incognito or Private Browser mode, use the Teams web version, or clear the Teams cache/reinstall the app if needed.
4. If Azure AD policies are used, check for any restrictions that might block Teams from passing authentication tokens to Power BI.
Work Around: While troubleshooting, users can access the report directly through its link in Power BI Service.

Hi! My boss can't acces to the app yet. It's really anoying this trouble. He log on to teams via Chrome navigator incognite mode and he couldn't acces to it. Via teams app neither. I will try with my TI this option:
4. If Azure AD policies are used, check for any restrictions that might block Teams from passing authentication tokens to Power BI.
If it doesn't work I'll given up!
Thx to all!

Hi Yugandhar, thanks for your advice. We tried option 1 and 2 and dind't work. I passed the issue to the TI area so they can compare my account settings options with my boss's. As son as I get an update I'll post it!
Hi New update:
1- We tried to erase all Teams app cookies. Didn't work.
2- All Lincences and configurations are ok.
I don't know what to do. It's kind of wierd this issue. He can acces to the app via teams in this area (red one) but no in the app (black one):
Thanks for the update and the screenshot. It’s good to know that is able to access the Power BI app from the sidebar (red box), but it's unusual that it doesn’t work from the other area (black box).
Since clearing cookies didn’t help and the licenses are confirmed to be correct, please try the following steps:
Clear the Teams cache (not just cookies) and try accessing Power BI via the Teams web.
Remove and re add the Power BI app inside Teams.
Check Teams app permissions in the Teams admin center to ensure that Power BI is not blocked for the user.
Let us know how it goes after trying these steps.

Yugandhar.
