Power App

I aim to confirm if I am eligible to use power app but I only get "Power App community license". what feature I can access it. I've developed the app already but it seems I could not shared other users for wide use.

Also, I realized I got two environment. The one is called "Personal productivity" environment and another is my personal environment (Build apps with dataverse). What are different between them?
