Pin Live doesn’t work on the mobile

Hi,

I used the Pin Live to pin the report to the dashboard but when I looked at the dashboard in the mobile phone the pin live doesn’t work and you can see only grey screen , you can see in the following link http://prntscr.com/9jbrnv the print screen from the mobile phone where I added only pin live reports.

Do you know about this bug?

Yes, You have to touch the grey tile to see the full report.

But on Android (maybe more), it seems the Pin-Live doesn't live...right?

You can touch anything, nothing happen. Am I the only one?

I have the same problem on IOS devices. Any one having soloution?

At the first post it says solved, and when you hit the link for soloution you just go at the bottem of the thread.

The issue seems to be : it's not bug cause it doesn't work yet and we know it.

I think that's why it's solved.

@leeg Pin report feature is not fully functional on Android mobile devices. On dashbaord it only shows the grey screen. In order to see the report you can either touch the dashboard tile or open report from options (top right corner of tile with three dots).

Meanwhile we hope it will be better in near future.

Same problem here.

I've tested Android and Iphone Versions, and the behavior is the same.

The Sample data that came with the App works well.
