PBI Mobile App "Can't display the visual" for Workspace App

I have a handful of users that cannot seem to get their visuals to resolve. An Image is below for reference.

I have confirmed the dataset is refreshed, the report is functional, the report is included and visible in the app, the users are included in the approved audience and the app is published.

We have tried having the users refreshing, logging out and back in, unistalling and reinstalling, navigating to bookmarks and I am running out of ideas. The user confirmed the app in their mobile app list has the correct publish date.

A couple of users have reported resolution, one of which mentioned manipulating bookmarks, but I have been otherwise unable to engage these remote users for clarification thus far.

I have emailed mpbisup@microsoft.com and awaiting a response, but thought I would reach out here in the meantime.

Any ideas from the community?

I don't know why I didn't think of this. I originally asked the user to click 'View Details' and send me a screenshot, but nothing happened when they tapped it.

By using test-as-role, I was able to view details which told me I basically had a circular reference in the modeling. I was able to resolve by remodeling the data.

Can't display the visual. See details

Error Message:

Join paths are expected to form a tree, but the table 'Journal Revenue Query' has two join paths to table 'Sales Rep/Region': 'Journal Revenue Query'->'OINV TransID'->'Customer Header'->'Transaction Detail-JDT'->'ARInvoice'->'Sales Rep/Region' and 'Journal Revenue Query'->'OINV TransID'->'Sales Rep/Region'.

@mshenhav . I saw you express interest in a similar forum topic. I am yet to confirm, but I believe all effected users are iOS here as well.
