Open Power BI report deployed in SSRS Server

Hi,   I can't open a Power BI report published in SSRS Server via Power BI Android app, it stuck in Loading. What's the problem ?   Thank you.

yes, it appears but it doesn't open, stuck in loading

Hi Taoufik,

 

I test on my side and I can login in newest android app, can you share some detail content about your issue?(e.g device type, power bi version, use proxy,...)

    I'm using an Android device (LG G3 & Galaxy Note 4). Power BI (SQL Server Reporting Services) On-Premises.

    And SSRS vNext CTP1. I can open the report via my computer but in the app it blocks in loading.

    Login isn't the problem, I can connect to the server. My problem is opening the Report published in SSRS Server

      Hi Taoufik,

       

      Do you means you can login in with ssrs account but you can't open the report?

      If this is a case, I'd like to suggest you submit a support ticket for it. You can also send the detail information for this issue to power bi mobile team for further support.
