Hi,
I need this so that my customers can seemlessly switch between the different businesses we work for.
Is there any way that the Power BI mobile app can store the credentials of multiple different users (as the Microsoft Teams App can) or maybe be installed twice on the same mobile device?
Using a different web browsers on a PC/mac works fine for a couple of businesses however a mobile web browser doesn't seem to switch to mobile view and Power BI isn't available in the Teams mobile app yet so it feels like I'm a bit stuck and will have to look at other products data visualisation products for the other businesses which I'd rather avoid.
Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Hey @Anonymous ,
Power BI mobile apps are integrated with Authenticator app - which is built for managing multiple indentities/credentials. So if the authentication app is installed, on sign-in Power BI offers the user a list of users to choose from.
Thanks, Maya
Hey @Ananaqaco ,
Once you install this app Microsoft Mobile Phone Authenticator App | Microsoft Security it remembers all the accounts you were using and once you sign in into Power BI, Power BI will offer you to pick an account from that list.
Thanks, Maya
Thanks Maya, I guess that will have to do. Thanks for the responding.
Hi Maya,
Thanks for coming back to me on this, that's a good point however as you need to sign out from one session and then sign in again I know the people I support are not going to find this to be a great user experience. They need to do it several times a day and compared to Teams where you can seemlessly switch between the two sessions they're just going to complain. If people are running or working on multiple businesses this kind of functionality would be invaluable. Any other thoughts?

Can you explain how to do that?
