Your user can't see data from other business units.
This is likely a permissions problem. Check indigocard these things:
- User's permissions: Make sure they have the right access to see data from other teams.
- How data is connected: Ensure the data is linked correctly between the different business units.
- Custom rules or code: Sometimes extra settings can cause problems.
If you're still stuck, try creating a simple test case to see if the problem happens there too.
