Mobileview for sharepoint page

Hi, my client wants a report embedded on their sharepoint page, everything works fine and works as it should. they came to me today and asked if i could make it into a mobile view aswell. Upon doing this i realised that sharepoint doesnt automatically switch to phone layout... is there a way to force people using the sharepoint app to automatically switch to the phone view without using the power BI app?
