Mobile view is not being registered on the Report Usage Metrics Model since 2018-09-13

I control the uses of power bi week, and I noticed that this week had users that did not have uses, but talking to them, they told me that they used every day of the week, but only by the smartphone. I have this problem now. How can I solve this?

Thank you for reporting this.

We had an issue with our telemetry collection. the problem was fixed and the fix is being deployed to production now days.

You should expect to see usage data starting from mid next week.
