I have a few card visuals showing arrows in the reference labels, these are corect shown in Power BI Desktop (june 2024) and in the service.
But in the mobile app (both in landscape as portrait mode) the arrows are not shown correct.
In desktop and the service:

The used Font is Segoe UI Size 12

Thanks for the reply! For now I used the [Win] + [.] key and selected ▲ and ▼ to be used in the reports, they are shown correct in desktop, service and the mobile app.

According to your description, it seems like your device font missed some of characters so then display these specific characters as blank blocks.
What type of device, OS and PBI mobile app versions are you worked on? Have you test with other version and devices? Please share some more detail information about this issue and they will help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.
