Mobil PowerBI clicers not working

Hello,

Clicers in Power BI Mobil app not working. i added a screenshot. Clicers havent data. But i look up web portal. i see data. 

What can i do ?

Are you connected to Report server or Power BI service?

What Power BI app version are you using (can be found in the settings)?

Are there any filters applied on your report? If so try to remove them and see if you get data on the slicers

we use Power Bı Report Server. My mobile app version is 19.4. Report Server version is 2.73.5586.1241 64-bit (September2019)

There arent any filter on my report.When i refresh data, i see data in slicer. But when i refresh data again, i dont see data in slicer. 

(my English is not good. I hope i can tell you my problem)

Hi

We are familiar with this issue and it will be fixed in the next Power BI Report Server release.

As a workaround you can go out the report and then open it again and you will be able to see the slicers.
