Microsoft account

Hi,

 

Im having a problem using my ipad to access a Dashboard. 

 

The issue is that when i share the dashboard (to my private gmail account) Microsoft Account wants me to download the file called oauth20_authorize.srf. Unfortunately ipad wont download the file. 

 

Any help would be appriciated.

    Anonymous - That's really odd, it shouldn't be trying to download that file, it is part of the authentication process:

    https://login.live.com/oauth20_authorize.srf

     

    You could check the Issues forum here:

    https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

    And if it is not there, then you could post it.

    If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

    Hi Anonymous,

    What type of access mode do you mean? Access from power bi mobile app or iPad mobile web browser? Please explain more about these to help us clarify your scenario.
