Iphone visualization problem

Good afternoon community!

I am a new power BI administrator in the company I work for and I started having problems with all my Iphone users (Managers, directors, etc), becasue they can not consume reports.

 

ANDROID WORK JUST PERFECT!!!

 

Anybody know what the problem could be?

 

Problems:

1 Some dashboards in the app go white

2 Dasboard in sharepoint goes white (web)

Hey @Anonymous ,

 

It looks like there report is too big in terms of memory consumption, for the device.

As a test, can you try and remove some visualizations from the report?

I would also recommend to create mobile layout for this report, with only needed visuals - it will help your users with viewing the data and will be required less memory from the device.

If is that simple as you said, It would be such a dissapointing, becasue we are talking about Iphones 11 PRO... which are a piece of machinery if you know what I mean... Other devices (ANDROID) way worst than that one dont have any problem. My phone pretty basic and so freaking cheap (2 hundred bucks HUawei bought in 2018) dont have that strange problem it works as a champ.

 

there is something with the optimization of the app in an iphone....I could confirm that because they are having problems with a report they used to consume. (something with the last update maybe).

@Anonymous Not sure how to help there, move on from an iPhone 4? Joke.
