Ipad Power Bi app not opening IOS 12.5.5

Since 15.07.22 we cannot open the power Bi app on our Ipad Air2.  Its running Ios 12.5.5.

When opening the it will open full screen for a second showing the normal page with the logo in the middle and then disappears &  minimises into the background.  If then you try to open the minimised occurance, it then crashes and closes.

I have turned the ipad off & on, uninstalled & reinstalled twice with no luck.  I can login into the report in a web broswer fine.  Can login onto any android Powerbi app fine.  Have also tried changing thr password but nothing seems to help.
